Split to create Killswitch IA on March 8th, 2025, with KSI Saint Ryuk 7 receiving his promotion to squad leader over Mayhem.

Split again to create Abyss IA on May 30th, 2025, with KSI SneakyGhost receiving his promotion to squad leader over Mayhem.

Split to create Havoc IA on August 9th, 2025, with LavaGoddess receiving her promotion to Squad Leader over Mayhem.
