Background

Xbox One (2015-2017)

Reality Dynasty was launched on the Xbox One in October of 2015 with the return of KSI Cali 7, KSI M3diikx7, KSI REAP3R 7, KSI ACHILLES 7 and KSI LAZAR 7, KSI Vad3r 7. KSI was in a current rebuild stage with 300 members and 2 other divisions (HF, KB). The first squads opened were Legion RD ran by KSI LAZAR 7 and Empire RD ran by KSI Vad3r 7. The opening of RD on the Xbox One was controversial with the rest of KSI because of the recent console transition and complaints that building squads and divisions was harder than it was on the Xbox 360. We responded well though, bringing in 150 members within the divisions first 4 weeks. A heated competition between LAZAR and Vad3r took place, which led to both squads splitting at the 6 week mark opening splits Cerberus RD and Warlords RD. The splits made LAZAR and Vad3r Co-Founders, which pushed KSI Cali 7 up to Founder over the division.

The next 4 weeks led to almost doubling the division size, and RD soon was in the drivers seat in terms of rebuilding KSI. Moving Cali up to Division Leader and LAZAR/Vad3r both up to Founder. In that 4 weeks, we lost both LAZAR who was removed and Vad3r who hit his previous squad and created his own clan. With their departures, KSI R3APER 7 and KSI M3diik 7 replaced them in their respected roles as Co-Division Leader and Founder. The next 4 weeks were heavy building, with R3APER 7 and KSI ACHILLES 7 opening up several project squads that they built to split within weeks. At the 90 day mark, RD was 600 members strong and ready for our first split. With the limited number of divisions in KSI, Cali 7 was to oversee RD as it's division leader until another split took place, and R3APER 7 would be taking the split division, reopening his home division Synthetic Reality.

Post SR split, M3diiK 7 decided to stay behind with Cali 7. After a quick split and a deep audit, RD dropped to 110 members post split. Having to go back to the drawing board, Cali started investing in the two primary squads Legion and Empire that retained in the split. Cali focused on Empire and M3diiK focused on Legion. That tactic ended up working with emerging leaders developing in both squads. The division staff eventually filled out with KSI Dr Doom 7 from Empire and KSI Horcrux 7 moving up first

On October 18th, 2017 KSI Odinz 7 split Xerxes RD to create Marathon RD, Marathon was led by KSI DaBraain.

Leadership

After the evolution of Cali, the chain of command had a change or two. KSI Dr Doom 7 took over the role of division. Leader, he has set his standards and wishes to aim for his second split of the division.Co-div KSI BossLady 7 - Co-Founder KSI Skillz 7 and KSI Outlaw 7. The 7s work side by side with the Generals of RD to provide the best support for each squad. RDs current squads and leaders are as follows: Orion RD - KSI Frootloop 7; Asylum RD - KSI Kim; Empire RD - KSI Sonic1921; Riot RD - KSI Nixous; Legion RD -KSI ZEUSWRATH;Exodus RD - KSI Church 7. Each squad contains unique flairs of leadership and makes this division grow fast and as strong as its leaders are. Game, Grow, Connect: Gaming finds new players and increases the fun, growing by recruiting these members, and connecting by having all these members interact with each other and have fun and play together. My message to all members and growing leaders is to keep growing, learning, and improving in the specific skills you have and are good at. This will help promote KSI, and your division, and help you in the long run with phenomenal effect.
