A squad belonging to Viking Horde established on June 7th, 2024 at Midnight, Helheim VH was split from Immortals VH. With the successful departure of KSI Vexos receiving his promotion to Co-Founder, KSI Nixx was appointed the first Squad Leader.

On July 9, 2024, KSI Vexos was caught sharing private Division Staff conversations with lower-ranked members. This breach of trust was revealed by KSI Cloi (A Helheim Senior Officer) in a 62-page "manifesto," leading to Vexos's demotion by KSI Viking 7. This incident caused significant upheaval, with most staff from Helheim VH and Immortals VH leaving.

To stabilize Helheim VH, KSI FORTY 7 was transferred from Xtinction VH to take over as Squad Leader. Additionally, Chef Cos was promoted to Co-Founder from his position as Squad Leader of Nemesis VH to fill the vacancy left by Vexos.

In the period following, Helheim made remarkable recoveries, despite the loss of around 20+ active members the Squad Leader and Co-Founder.

In September of 2024, KSI FORTY 7 transferred command of Helheim VH to TheRedGuild in order to pursue his KSI Global Web Operations responsibilities. Leaving the squad in the hands of a Veteran member of Helheim from before the Manifesto incident.
