It was determined after the splits of Xtinction ET and Nemesis ET, both KSI DirtyHeathen 7's squads, that Heathen would be allowed to switch the name.
Under Heathen, VH became the fastest-growing Division in KSI. Unforgiven VH, Enforcer VH, and Immortals VH all floated around the 80-110 member mark while prepping to split.
