Twisted Reality was created from Synthetic Reality.

On May 21st, 2017 TR split to create Arcane Kings Division Under the leadership of KSI N3XUS 7 and KSI DoubleOh 7.

On October 20th, 2024 Twisted Reality was recreated from the split of Synthetic Reality under the supervision of KSI REAPER 7.

During the split from Synthetic reality, Tartarus SR would be renamed to Royalty TR.

Two days after Twisted reality was revived, Karma TR would split to create Shanghai TR on October 22, 2024.

Lumina TR was merged to throughout Cosmic TR, Nebula TR, and Shanghai TR on November 2nd, 2024.

Sometime in 2025, Royalty TR would change their name to Rapture TR.

Another successful split from Nebula TR creating Prophecy TR on January 6th, 2025.

Karma TR would change their name to Olympus TR on February 6th, 2025.

Nebula TR would shut down on February 11th, 2025.

Yokai TR was created on February 11th, 2025 with the succession of splitting Shanghai TR. The same day Cosmic TR split to create Heresy TR.

A few days after their split, Shanghai TR renamed their squad to Zephyriel TR on February 13, 2025.

Just a few months after the creation of Prophecy TR, the squad would split to create Galaxy TR on March 31st, 2025.

Cosmic TR successfully split to create Nova TR on April 25th, 2025. Upon splitting, Cosmic changed their name creating Bloodmoon TR.

With a successful split, Heresy TR would split to create Styx TR on April 26th, 2025. During the split, Heresy would change their name to Duality TR.

Royalty TR would split to create Legacy TR on April 27th, 2025.

May 15th, 2025, Prophecy TR would eventually be shut down and merged throughout the division.

On May 23rd, 2025 the division split to create Crimson Veil pushing KSI Achilles 7 to Director with the promotion of KSI vPr1mal to Division Leader.

On August 4th, 2025, Nova TR was sadly shut down and the members were spread out through the division.

Rapture TR split on August 28th, 2025 to create Elysium TR making Nvtethagreat receive his promotion to Co-Founder.

Cosmic TR would revive its self when Bloodmoon TR decides to change their name back on August 26th, 2025.

Cosmic TR would split under SigilOG to create Kryptic TR on September 19th, 2025.

Galaxy TR would change their name bringing back Nebula TR on September 25th, 2025.

Halcyon TR would be transferred over from Empires Revenge following a division shutdown on November 6th, 2025
