'I KSI Shway 7 am nominating <@431936547567173642> for outstanding service due to her work in the Graphics department. While in the graphics department she has gone by many names NV, Lotus, and xiledlotus however this hasnt stopped her from being consistent ever since joining the graphics department. The last few months she has completed over 20 graphic requests each month. xiledlotus started off in the department as a regular artist working on a program she was comfortable with (Canva), she later switched to Photoshop and mastered that program as well. Not far into hiring her on as an artist she became what was called an advanced artist and then eventually I promoted her to team lead because of her hard work and dedication to this community and to the graphics department. As a team lead she continued to shine winning team department team lead of the month back to back in March and April, then prior to that in January she won DS staff member of the month. xiledlotus is always pushing the artist in a positive manner to do better and by doing so she improves the graphics department of KSI as a whole. I fully believe that we need more individuals like xiledlotus in KSI. She is a power house in the department, and for that a powerhouse in KSI. All of this proves why she deserves Outstanding Service.'

'i just wanted to take a moment to say my piece in support of this.
i first met Louts when joining the team myself and we instantly clicked. being able to bounce ideas off each other and she has helped me (and many others) just as much if not more then i have helped her. lotus has not only just been one of the biggest reasons to stay on the team to continue to do what i do. but someone that has pushed me to become better at something I'm passionate about and the fact that someone is able to do that speaks volumes in and of itself. throughout our time together in this team i have seen her develop and grow to a level that now she radiates confidence and artistic passion. this is something that rubs off on people and the statements above are a testament to that. this doesn't get highlighted often but this is the level she operates at on a hourly basis not just at select times. regardless of if she is at home, playing games or at work, graphics is at the forefront of her driving force, as well as its members, she doesnt need to have time she makes it. and focuses that into this team, and department. i for one don't belive this nomination is enough to showcase her as a person, a teacher, a leader. however i again, for one belive she deserves this and more in every sense of the word. and it doesn't just stop at graphics or the team, she is there to talk whenever people want to get things of their chest, vent, cry, laugh, she not only supports the team but builds its members.
