A Recruiting Philosophy
Okay girls, you are in matchmaking and playing against this girl who is whooping your butt. Naturally, as the levelheaded female you are, rather than getting angry, you decide you want her to join your clan. This brings you to the concept of recruiting. You are always hearing RECRUIT RECRUIT from your fellow KSI members because they would like to keep the numbers up- but are you sure you know the correct recruiting procedure??
First things first- Make sure they aren’t in a rival 3 letter clan, because the last thing we need is a clan hit- if you aren’t sure, or if you think it’s questionable, please PLEASE come to a superior and ask them for advice regarding the situation.
Next, (Especially you VIP girls out there) it is exceptionally important to require them to get into uniform. For new recruits, this means crimson, pink, white, white, delta toggled, and vertical gradient. Once they have accomplished this feat (which may take them anywhere between 1 and 10 tries but that’s normal) then you have to make sure to read EACH rule from the KSI code of conduct. The KSI code of conduct can be found on KSIglobal.com. If you don’t do this than you are breaking rules yourself (lol). It is 10 important rules regarding the ins and outs of the KSI structure. Again, ask a superior if this all sounds like a foreign language!
Above all it is important that you welcome that girl into the clan with open arms. Make her feel at home and introduce them to fellow KSI girls and guys, to avoid feelings of alienation of course. Play smart and stay strong ladies!
