The new member and squad list is now updated. I will continue to update squad list as I receive them. The member�s list will be updated every two weeks. I will rebuild the list every two weeks off of the squad lists so keep them current.
Captains each of you should have a Lieutenant under you to help you out. This is a way of recognizing up hard working members who are doing a good job for you. They will help you train and recruit new members. Biased on the size of the list there are way more Captains than Lieutenants. Do you remember how you felt when you got promoted? Share that feeling with another promising KSI member.
Also Generals pay attention to the amount of Captains you have. As a general rule of thumb you should have a Captain for every ten or so members. These Captains help you recruit and train so make sure you have them.
In order to get promoted in KSI you have to have people under you to fill the void of your old position. So for all the Generals who want to be Co-Founders ask yourself this question, Do I have a captain that is ready to be a general? Does he have a Lieutenant that is ready to be a Captain? Captains who want to move up should be asking the same questions.
However, before you start promoting people look at the rank structure link and read the description of what each rank is responsible for. Does the candidate you are looking at meet the criteria? If not let them know what they need to do to move up.
KSI�s strength is based on its organization both in and out of games. I am in KSI because my old clan got owned by a group of KSI members who were way more organized than we were. Person to person KSI might not have been much better than our clan, but they worked together as a team. The same goes for keeping our clans together. I for one am sick and tired of seeing people getting promoted only to leave or be kicked out of KSI two days later. This is because of a lack of organization outside the game. KSI�s rules and structure work if they are applied the way they are intended to be.
