KSI believes that you should be afforded the opportunit y to work in an environmen t free of sexual harassment . Sexual harassment is a form of misconduct that undermines the member relationsh ip. No member, either male or female, should be subjected verbally or physically to unsolicite d and unwelcome sexual overtures or conduct.

Sexual harassment refers to behavior that is not welcome, that is personally offensive, that debilitate s morale and, therefore, interferes with work effectiven ess.

Behavior that amounts to sexual arassment may result in disciplina ry action, up to and including blacklistm ent.
