Notable Information
Hey guys, this is Badfur.. Well.. I'm the former Co-Div Leader of Last Strike Division, and I figured it was time for me to update this so people can know a little bit more about me.
I guess I'll start off with my KSI background. Well, back in Halo 2 I joined KSI and was of pretty low rank... I think I might have hit corporal in the 3 months or so that I was there. Stuff happened... my squad leaders were blacklisted for whatever reasons, so things fell apart for that squad and our members kind of scattered. I traveled around for a bit, I was in GI for a month or two, and such but ultimately I kind of disappeared for a while until Halo 3. I then took a break for a couple years and rejoined in Halo: Reach. After a while I rejoined KSI back in the beginning of June, and now it's april, a couple years later as I update this. So I've been in KSI for about 14 months in total... I enjoy my time here, as I said, I'm currently in the Last Strike Division as a Sergeant, though I was the Co-Division Leader at one time, and I'm lovin it.
Leading people and stuff... it's fun times, I enjoy it... even if it comes with a bit of crap... and you have to deal with issues between other people, it's still fun, and I enjoy doing it. I've been told I'm a good leader... I suppose I agree... Part of this I have to thank KSI for, another part I've definitely got to thank my own personal background for, and the last part is due to me being a member of the Order of DeMolay. Being a member of that has greatly helped me become a leader and it's just awesome... http://www.demolay.org/ if you're curious.
And for those to lazy to check it out.. under the What is Demolay area.. it says this...
"DeMolay is an organization dedicated to preparing young men to lead successful, happy, and productive lives. Basing its approach on timeless principles and practical, hands-on experience, DeMolay opens doors for young men aged 12 to 21 by developing the civic awareness, personal responsibility and leadership skills so vitally needed in society today. DeMolay combines this serious mission with a fun approach that builds important bonds of friendship among members in more than 1,000 chapters worldwide.
DeMolay alumni include Walt Disney, John Wayne, Walter Cronkite, football Hall-of-Famer Fran Tarkenton, legendary Nebraska football coach Tom Osborne, news anchor David Goodnow and many others. Each has spoken eloquently of the life-changing benefit gained from their involvement in DeMolay."
And seriously, it's awesome.
Let's see.... well.. I work at Target.. as fun as that is.. It isn't bad.. but I hate the hours.
I'm a big fan of anime and Manga... I've read 30+ different Manga and seen like 60+ different Anime.. so much that I can't remember all that I've seen. I've seen pretty much every different type of anime that there is.. From Romance, to comedy, to fighting, to mecha, to obscure stuff that just gets weird... It's cool times. I think the quickest I completed an anime series was in under a day. I finished Zero no tsukaima in under a day... but that one is only 13 episodes long, and I watched all of Gungrave in under a day... which is a decent anime.. of about average length...20+ episodes..
I'm a gamer to the core. Seriously. I'm 20 and have been gaming for 17.5 years, I've seen my share of stuff, and can easily discuss like one game for hours on end... (I've done it before) But yeah.. its cool.
If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me.
I can't really think of anything else to say, so I'm ending this here.. good luck yall.. this is definitely fun being here..
