KSI Assistant 7

Originally created using BotGhost, a building block plug and play structure to design custom Discord bots, this bot was used to give roles to members in the main KSI Global Discord server, allow members to privately report things to mods, and track moderator activity.

In June 2025 Discord shut down BotGhost causing a lot of problems with how things were ran resulting in using old systems to handle the communities structure.

On July 6th, 2025 Void began developing and deploying the new system to be hosted on KSI Assistant 7 that would expand to more functions being available.

As of January 16th, 2026 the bot has the following functions:

• Giving membership roles for clan ops
• Self giving LOA roles and leadership given LOAs
• Activity check commands for individuals and whole roles (commonly used for activity checks for squads and divisions)
• Mass updating members' roles in the database via slash command
• Checking moderator actions singularly, as a team, and auto 48 hour posting of actions to track 2 day mod actions
• Open Door command for the Open Door Policy (This was originally the main Open Door until Linden set up a new Open Door on KSI ConductHub 7
• Ping Mod to notify moderators of a problem and where in the server this problem is
• Academy trainings requesting based off of the members rank
• Check-ins for academy trainings
• Team Applications for all available teams within KSI
• Join Apps and Rejoin Apps that route to a rotation for divisions to have new or returning members evenly distributed and the option for them to be denied with a button
• Recruit Apps with the ability to send to intel with a button
• Send the graphics team's public request form and rules to their guidelines thread
• Hall of Fame nomination for sending nominations to the HoF Committee
