Hello Mr. Achilles! I would like to ask you some questions about your involvement with Squad Dreadnought and your former leader for KSI! Achilles responds with: Alright! Let's hear it! As a former Division Leader of one of the most well-known divisions in KSI history, what influence does your past have on leading Dreadnought? I know there are some aspects that can have a major impact on it. I was [Division Leader] over HF and TR. I wouldn’t necessarily say it has any influence on it. The landscape is different now from how it once was back then! I found each situation, person, build, etc is different so I've tried to approach my time this go around with a fresh slate and an open mind. Everyone has things that they can learn to do better than what they have done previously to show their true potential and I myself hope for that as well! There are some things that some people can use different methods to improve and show their potential for the squad. Each of the members are unique.
Alright next question! What positive changes in the community do you expect to see that excite you for the future of KSI? We all want the brighter future of the community. We have a lot of fresh faces in the community as well as some seasoned vets! I’m looking forward to seeing how we mesh together to “create” this new and improved KSI! I’m also looking forward to the bright future of this community so I can wait for each member to bring to the table each of their talents.
What do you think is a main source of the success Dreadnought has had since the tri-squad in the community? Activity, without hesitation! We have been very successful recruiting as well but the activity in this squad is quite possibly the best I have seen in my time! Everyone is actively engaging with each other! The game nights are always entertaining, unless you run into a few people who shall rename “nameless” that get knife happy… They know who they are. Everyone is very welcoming and I think people truly look forward to game nights and hanging out with one another and socializing! Having members play and have fun with each other is very important to this community. It is how we grow and become KSI as a whole. I have once said this to former KSI members. We have Knowledge, We are the Strength, and We are Integrity as whole. Not just individuals!
Alright, last question for you. What advice can you offer to the current generation of upcoming leaders remaining in Dreadnought? This will help out and lead Dreadnought to where they want to vision it in the future. The only best advice I can offer is to enjoy what you are doing! You have to make it enjoyable and such a unique experience not only for yourself but for the members. If you are NOT enjoying yourself while you are here? Then you are going to make your members not really enjoy it at all. We are here to build this community back to what it once was but at the end of the day? If you and the people around you aren’t enjoying yourselves? What is the point in even being here? That is a very good question, if you feel burnout and not enjoying what's being offered? There is no point of being part of something big and remarkable if you don’t have that spark. This community and squad itself are very dynamic and always changing for the best.
