Cyber-Bullying

Unfortunately, as the Internet gaming population increases, so do the prospects of “Cyber Bullying.” KSI prohibits all forms of cyber bullying which extends to a number of circumstances and can be defined as any action or language that one person inflicts on another, in which the victim feels threatened, harassed, embarrassed, or in any way targeted by the imposing member.
“Cyber bullying” also must include two parties of minors and include only the instigation of a minor, not an acting adult. It is a serious offense that can have dire consequences, including being considered a misdemeanor or by inducing cyber- harassment charges.
Adults, on the other hand may face more serious charges. This involves the concept that they are NOT acting within the “Cyber bullying” limitations, and in pursuing any of the proposed actions involved in “Cyber Bullying,” it will be considered “Cyber- harassment” or “Cyber- stalking.” These activities have very serious consequences and can/will result in the expulsion from KSI as well as the introduction of harassment charges.
