Summary of The Program and outline for The following form below to help guide you and give you an idea of what your goal is while in the assigned division. While in the assigned division it is your goal to View the division and get personal with its members, and leader’s. You are not in the division to run it. You are there to help assist them and find out the weak point and what can be improved upon. Below is the following guidelines and Form that you will be required to fill out for every division that you go through and asset. You will first meet with the Founder- Clan Director of that division to give them a heads up on what is going on and what the goal is that we are trying to achieve.

1. Why were you sent to the following division? What is the main problem and issue that was stated to you for being present in the division?

2. What is your first impression when you Interact with the Leaders of the division (Founder-Clan Director)?

3. After Meeting up with the leaders and start getting around what is your impression on the members of the division? Do they hold themselves with high standards?

4. Assessment of the Squads: I want a Detail write up of each squad. Are the members in uniform? Are people at the right power position like peon and member status?

5. General Overview: After going around to the squads do what do you see needs the most work on as a division? Is it the leaders, recruiting, confrontation what is it that the division needs to improve upon.

6. Member Professionalism: When in game play are the members maintaining a professional manner? Are they respectful and following the CODE OF CONDUCT?

7. Meeting’s: Are the meetings that are being ran professional? Are people letting the leaders talk and not talking over each other? Are people taking the meeting seriously, and not horsing around?

8. Formulating a Plan: Now that you have had time to view the division, and be with its member’s. What do you think can be done to improve upon the division?

9. Senior Director Suggestion’s: This section is meant to be filled out by KSI legacy 7 or KSI Tactical 7. We will base our suggestions off of everything provided on this form to us.

10. Taking the Suggestion to the Clan Director, and Let them run with the plan: Now it is the director’s Job to listen to everything you have viewed and can offer the division. They will either take this help and use it to improve their division or they won’t.

• I feel that this will help give Fierce Rebellion and Double Helix as a Whole what will be happening. You are the First division so this is going to be a trial run and we will tweak thing's as needed.
