Dreadnought Legacy: An interview with KSI DC 77

Hello Mr. DC! I would like to ask you some questions about your history and where you are from within the KSI Community as whole! So let's get started on the first question! DC responds with: Yeah! What’s up? What excitement does being back at a squad level have for someone who is a former Board of Director of KSI? I know there is some nostalgia due to the things you once did for your community and with your fellow team members! I really do enjoy being at the squad level. It is always great to be able to game and have fun with members while giving back to the community, I do enjoy recruiting. Getting to meet and know new people and mentoring people! It’s always exciting to be at the squad level especially because you never know what to expect, always expect the unexpected. Yeah, that is very true. You never know the outcome until the unexpected occurs!
Alright, I have another question for you. The new squad splitting from Dreadnought is named “Requiem”, is there any special meaning behind the name? It was a name that was pitched by one of the officers that everyone really liked very much! The definition means “an act of remembrance or a response of the dead.” It fits the philosophy of the division extremely well and it’s cool to think about how the community bounced back so well after a dreadful moment when we were at our lowest! Oh definitely, because I can imagine that when divisions are at their lowest peak how it can be a terrifying moment of inactivity so there has to be “restart” or “reboot” to offer not only refresh but also a fresh start of the division by giving new identity so that way it can bring more people in and want them to be part of it and engage with others.
Alright, let’s go with the next question! What were some of the obstacles you experienced working towards this squad transition? I think the biggest obstacles that are difficult is always making sure the squad itself is optimized and making sure all officers are always ready for what comes next! Those obstacles can always be problematic for any divisions or squads and the officers always have to be ready for the unexpected anomalies to occur and try to solve it as soon as possible.
Alright Mr. DC, it’s time for our last question that I have for you. What advice can you give out to the current generation of upcoming leaders in your squad or division? They are very knowledgeable and capable within these fields! The best advice that I can offer is make sure they always have fun! Don’t get burnt out by letting the community consume you! Set aside both personal and community time! And that wraps up our interview! Thank you very much for your time answering these!
