History
I was a squeaky little kid playing games I probably shouldn't have when I kept getting smacked by these people with three letters in the beginning of their name. I got tired of being on the losing side without a team, so I reached out to one of them: KSI.
After getting my answers, I was hooked. A group this big meant I’d always have people to play with. I was recruited into KSI Encore LS as a Private back in 2008.
Over time, I learned what mattered: recruiting, retention, and engagement.
The biggest obstacle? I couldn’t change my name—I was only 11 with no money. But I still found my strength:
Recruiting.
I brought in 20 members before ever changing my name. Because of that, one of my officers surprised me with a $10 Xbox Gift Card.
That moment stuck—it proved I had value in this community.
