Legacy Relations

Duties
- LR will create and maintain a list of all former leaders that have returned to the community. Their name will be recorded along with their rank, squad, division and highest previous rank. Just good information to have.
- Scheduling and organizing LEAD Talks. Reaching out to leaders to give talks, come up with topic ideas and make sure an updated schedule is always post for members to view.
- LR will assist the Hall of Fame Committee in vetting the entire Hall of Fame after the current induction season is finished. LR will not have a vote when it comes to vetting the actual members but they will assist when needed in terms of knowledge and experience.
- LR will serve as representatives to the older generation to the new. Any knowledge, information, questions, concerns or opinions that older leaders wish to communicate to the current KSI leadership/member base, LR will serve as the conduit between the two.
- LR will conduct “indoc” for returning leaders that must be completed if an older leader wishes to return. Indoc will include a brief rundown of how things operate now, what the culture is, who the leadership is and the general principles we hold to know in terms of policy. They will also provide returning Leaders an update on what has happened inside KSI since the time of their departure from the community.
- Also came up with a few ideas for LEAD Talk topics that are in Lindens excel spread sheet in the Legacy Relations channel.
