Twisted Reality was created from Synthetic Reality.
On May 21st, 2017 TR split to create Arcane Kings Division Under the leadership of KSI N3XUS 7 and KSI DoubleOh 7.
On October 20th, 2024 Twisted Reality was recreated from the split of Synthetic Reality under the supervision of KSI REAPER 7
