She has over 6,000 messages within the Archives chats which that alone is more than some squad leaders have in the entirety of KSI. Despite all the setbacks she has had in Clan Ops, none of that has impacted her motivation for the team. She has encouraged comradery between our leadership, has kept up morale, and hosted her fair share of meetings to keep the team on track while we were growing. She always advocates for awards and pushes people to do their job as well as reminding members of the program in general and finding new ideas for awards as well as keeping an eye on ES Feedback for other ideas that members have as well. I can always rely on her to do what is needed and can't think of anyone else who deserves OTY for team lead more than her.
