History
I was a squeaky little kid playing games I probably shouldn't have when I kept getting smacked by these people with three letters in the beginning of they name. I got tired of being on the loosing side without a team after weeks of this so I reached out to the most recent person with those three letters, "KSI". I questioned what this group was and why I was seeing them all around whether I was on Call of Duty or Halo.
After the dude answered my questions I was enamored. I mean a with a group this big I was sure to have people to play with! I was recruited into KSI Encore LS as a Private back in the summer of 2008 and just played video games with people and listened to them talk about metrics this and strategies that. It was all so confusing but so interesting at the same time.
Over time I had come to understand a few things; If I found others like myself and brought them into the fold I would get rewarded, and if I were to take notes of these buzzwords like "retention" and "Engagement" I would be able to begin progression. The only problem I had was I was unable to change my name. Being that I was only 11 years old I had no source of income at the time, but that didn't stop me from finding out I was good at something in KSI, "recruiting", and oh my did I do that well! Before I changed my name I had recruited 20 people into KSI with the assistance of one of my officers and as a result of that, that very same officer surprised me with a 10$ Xbox Gift Card!
