my name "rex" came from gamertag--"StartedRex"
Built/Led/Recruited/Assisted-- Fire Storm division. The first Fire Storm division that I was Division Leader of (Back then called Clan Leader) Built and Led and Managed and Maintained the division at 1500-1700 members OFFICIALLY, all accounted for on website. Largest and most organized a division has been to this day officially.
Assisted in the Re-Creation of the Lost Empire division with Reaper2K.
Creator of the COB gaming organization.
Re-Creation of the Twisted Kaos division. Re-Opened it with three of my closest XBL friends, built/managed to 800 members in ONE MONTH.
Creator of several executive policies that are now in effect in KSI. Concerning squad management and divisional management.
Re-Wrote the "About Us" on the front page of ksiglobal.com.
Re-Worded the official KSI rank structure.
First Public Relations Representative in KSI. PR position designed around my personality and strengths for me to grow the KSI name.
Author of the Public Relations, and Marketing Team, News Team, and Graphics Team positions on the official Rank Structure.
Creator of the Xiled Cavalry Division and the principles.concepts.expectations in which it is ran.
