The KSI Wiki Team is responsible for telling KSI's History from top to bottom including its members, divisions, squads, teams, and everything in between. The Wiki was a project initiated by [[KSI Koda 7]] in 2016.

Heroiism and New Blue made all the pages for divisions ranging 2008-2009 and for all the current divisions and squads.

In August 2024 a new role called "[[Wiki Authority]]" was made for members and leaders of the past to help provide knowledge and oversee the wiki project without needing to be a part of the team themselves.

Leading up to November 1st, 2024 the Wiki Team fell under the department Web Operations until the restructuring of all departments and Web Operations when Web Operations became the umbrella that [[Digital Services]] and [[Community Services]] fell under. In which the Wiki Team then fell underneath Digital Services.
 
On February 16th, 2025 [[Achievement Awards Program]] merged into the team and the team was then renamed to [[Archives Team]].
