  • Starry has been something that Archives needed to get to where it is now. From the beginning of jumping in from just awards to doing a bit of everything including 6,393 wiki edits. She aided me in revamping the wiki's AAP page of all the awards, restructuring templates, reminding me of things that I tend to forget, and she has never run from any task I have given to her either. She helped identify dozens of awards including OTMs that were never added to people from the previous leadership of AAP before it merged into Archives and add them to people. From spending hours and days to collect all the OTM nominations into documents, to helping me eliminate ones that don't meet criteria which can also take hours to correcting whole divisions and squads histories with me. Encouraging VCs of nothing but editing the wiki with the rest of the team. She has trained, and retrained members and fought to give many of them a chance to join the team even if others thought it would be a bad idea. She's not afraid to voice her opinion if it's for the better of the team and is one of the best decisions I made in my tenure of Wiki and Archives. She has a keen eye for detail, will call people out that need it, coach them on it, and keep everyone in line but also be mature about it when it comes to the team. She learned to use the bot that we have to aid us in mass edits, and has been an overall powerhouse through and through for the team. She has over 6,000 messages within the Archives chats which that alone is more than some squad leaders have in the entirety of KSI. Despite all the setbacks she has had in Clan Ops, none of that has impacted her motivation for the team. She has encouraged comradery between our leadership, has kept up morale, and hosted her fair share of meetings to keep the team on track while we were growing. She always advocates for awards and pushes people to do their job as well as reminding members of the program in general and finding new ideas for awards as well as keeping an eye on ES Feedback for other ideas that members have as well. I can always rely on her to do what is needed and can't think of anyone else who deserves OTY for team lead more than her. She is the most versatile member I have on the team, and for all of this and more, she is also the person I am selecting to take my place as Supervisor at the end of this OTY event.
