"KSI CAPSTONE 7 is the executive primarily responsible for overseeing and managing communication network within KSI. Generally, he spams out messages to KSI. Also the CCO ensures that the communication within the community is in place and working properly. The CCO is the center of the communication hub within KSI and any information that needs to be spread throughout the community should be sent to this position. The CCO typically reports to the Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer."
