Hello Mr. Desert, I have a question for you. How long have you been part of KSI?
I’ve been a part of KSI continuously since 11/9/19 That is about the same time as when I first joined KSI! Alright let go with the next question, What is your role as Director of Technology for KSI? I am mainly a background stuff kinda guy with some but rare mainstream appearances that consists of keeping up with the bots and automation along with chat moderation and moderation control ! Along with wiki although the team is leadership so they do their thing! I see, you are more of a backend technician really for the backbone of the department! Well I guess back end technician would be a part of the job for sure however that doesn’t mean I don’t play a part in today's day KSI for I’m active in executive staff whenever we meet for discussions for the future of KSI! Next question, what is your future goal of KSI as Executive Staff to lead the community? My personal goal is to keep the discord running smooth through this great amount of growth we are having! I don’t personally see myself moving into an Ed/Od position. True! Thank you for that! Yeah, I can imagine if things aren't smooth? things can get haywire and become a mess. So you have to be there to kind of hold everything in place! Last question for you! What is your advice for any upcoming or current members that want to rank up in the department? For example, whether a bot goes down or discord starts breaking me and the team gotta be on our toes to keep everything calm to ensure there are no further issues down the road! (Easier said than done). My best advice for everyone that is upcoming or current members that are ranking up? Show you want it, but still have fun! Find the balance of grinding for rank and gaming with your squad or department! I agreed with that! Having an equilibrium of grinding for rank and gaming with the squad or department can have increased chances of being looked at by the higher ups to be considered if you are clear to being promoted. There is a requirement for every basic protocol that has been set in place! You have some good advice there Mr. Desert! Well that's all I have for today! Thank you for your time answering these!
