This weeks feature is some Marinated Lamb by Big Jablo

Here's how you make the marinade! Marinade is olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and chilis Blend in a food processor until it makes a paste I marinade the lamb in it for a few hours and spoon the marinade over the lamb before cooking

Then preheat oven to 200 degrees c (392 F) or your pan then spoon some of the marinade over the top while cooking 12-15 mins for mid rare lamb
