The streets are going to be seeing a lot more mayhem after August 29th with the release of Volition Inc.’s game Saints Row. As if the game wasn’t enough just letting you run the streets on your home turf, Volition has changed the ballpark completely by letting you bring it to live. With rival games everywhere , on these streets being good keeps you alive for one more day and if your not you’re gone before you can even think about reaching for your gat. This game is only for mature audiences due to extreme violence. Welcome to the 3rd St. Saints one of the rival gangs in Stilwater City where a drive by shooting isn’t given a second glance. In a place where you start at the bottom there is only one thing to do work your way to the top and run the streets or die trying. Work your way up through theft, murder and every other crime the cops can put on you. If you survive you might just make a name for yourself and end up having the run of Saints Row. The game itself carries with it many small features that when put together make the game a must buy. Customize your own character with tons of options such as race, body build, facial hair etc. Oh yeah and if you find the cops start putting your ugly mug up on all the walls with a reward next to your name don’t sweat it, just run on over to your favorite plastic surgeon and get your appearance changed. The city itself is completely alive everyone reacts differentl y to you so watch out for who you try to jack cause they might beat you down on the spot. The game alone sounds good enough to sell right off the shelf into gamer’s homes everywhere , however Volition Inc. thought they might make the game stand out from its familiar car jacking relatives, by bringing it to Xbox live. That’s right their bringing it to live, you can build up clans and challenge rival clans for the rule of the streets on Xbox live in game types such as Blinged out Ride and Protect the Pimp. Or if you are the type that works alone try game types such as Big Ass Chains and Ganster Brawl. Online multiplaye r will support 12 players online. Saints Row is sure to dominate the Xbox 360 world within the first month of its release. The demo alone has people going crazy and everybody is begging for more. The game is released on August 29th and until then gamers everywhere will be playing the demo and counting the minutes until the games release.
