Here's how you make it: 🍞 Toast some sour dough bread with olive oil until golden brown. 🍅 Fresh cherry tomatoes cut in half, thin sliced red onions, marinated in olive oil and lemon juice and tossed in with parsley and sumac. 🍳 Fry a couple of eggs leave the yolk in tact!
