I want everybody to read the structure for KSI. This outlines perfectly what everybody needs to be doing from private to founder. This outlines the extent of your promotion and what you need to do to get to the next level. When I and the other leaders in the AD division feel you are ready for a promotion, and have a spot available then we will give you one. If any body asks for a promotion in any way, that will result in an automatic demotion of 1 level. I want no more speak of promotions on this site, this will be handled in our meetings. We are going to be held every tuesday evening at 8:30 central. This meeting will be held weekly and is mandatory for all generals, co- founders, founders, and co-clan leaders. This meeting will only be for these people. Please follow the chain of command, our time is very valuable, and we cannot be wasting it on small stuff. Please read the structure, and have everybody in the division read it. It is extremly important.
