This week features a homemade bread by @KSI TEXANx7
1 packet of .25oz(7g) of active yeast
3 TLBS of sugar
1 1/2 cup of milk warmed to 110-115°
2 TLBS of salt
3 3/4 cups of bread flour
2 TLBS butter/margarine (melted)
1 TLBS Olive oil
Warm milk to 110-115° and mix in sugar and yeast.
Allow yeast and milk mixture to bloom for 10mins
In a stand mixer or a bowl place in the bread flour, salt, and melted butter and olive oil. Mix in milk yeast mixture after the 10 mins.
Allow dough mixture to rise in bowl for 1hr
Knead dough and fold into size of loaf pan.
Place dough in loaf pan and let rise for 45 mins
Preheat oven to 350°
After rising place in 350° for 20-25mins or until the top is golden brown.
