Web Ops

If members are needing roles in the KSI Social Server they can go to that server's role request area and request any of these roles to be given to them. the mods will give them the roles and they will gain access to those areas of the server.

With the migration of several channels to the social area and threads being created within the main server here is a reminder from your friendly neighborhood EDoWO. The social server link can be found in the https://discord.com/channels/379009221255102465/1227862693780914288 area follow the link and do the verification so you do not get kicked by a bot. the verification is to make sure that alts are not being brought into the server and only real people are there. This brings an added layer of security to the server so our members are better protected. Once in the server and verified the role request area exists to request roles should the bot in the self assigned role area not work. *Note the bot was having issues but has been fixed please attempt to use the self assigned buttons prior to requesting those roles*

In addition, when threads are being used if you mark the thread as "followed" by right clicking it or pressing and holding down on mobile and select the follow option that that thread will appear on your channel list. If you message inside a thread it also will automatically get marked as following and appear. This makes it easy to find the threads you wish to partake in. Please only use threads that you will actively be a part of or have a reason to be inside of. Any mistreatment, disrespect, or abuse of members inside the forum's threads will not be tolerated by mods or leadership.

Event Highlights:

Endless Waves: Battle your way through relentless zombie waves and see how long you can survive.

Leaderboard Glory: Climb to the top of the leaderboard by reaching the highest rounds.

Team or Solo Play: Compete solo or join forces with friends to strategize and survive.

How to Participate:

Just post your screenshots with the special clan tag (announced at the start of the event!!!!)

Prepare for Battle: Get ready to face the undead with your best loadouts and strategies.

Join the Fight: Log in at the specified time and start racking up those rounds.

Prove your mettle against the hordes and show the world what you're made of. Will you rise to the challenge and claim the title of Zombie Slayer Supreme?

There will be a special clan tag announced at the start of the event!!! You need to have this visible on the leaderboard with your kills and round visible!!!

News Team

The News team will be covering the November and December squad splits this coming week!

The News team is hiring! We are seeking out members who are interested in assisting with writing articles and recording podcasts! These positions require time so please be mindful of that when considering applying! We are looking to hire in some members that are confident in writing and/or recording, as well as members who would like to help create content or assist the formation of ideas/producing podcast episodes. The following are our requirements: Make sure you are an active member within KSI -Be comfortable with talking to all manner of members no matter the rank and be able to do so with respect -If you want to write articles for the news team you must be proficient with writing and proof reading. (having sample work is encouraged at the time of interview) -Experience is highly encouraged for article writers -Podcast applicants must have a good working mic -Be able to have a quiet and interruption free environment -Experience not required but encouraged

Producers are also needed and for this role it will be to aid in the content creation idea formation and helping direct the project as needed with the assistance of the writer/podcast hosts. You must be a team player to have this role and be able to work with a variety of people and be detail oriented. If you are interested in the News team please reach out to myself or KSI Chef Cos 7
