Welcome to my world which is The KSI Global Gaming Network the biggest gaming league on the Xbox Live gaming system. Some say we are .7% of the Xbox Live community. I think it's about time to let the gaming world know who I am and what I bring to the table for the gaming world to profile. To start I would like to say thank you to Mr. Bill Gates, Xbox Live, MSN, KSI, and all the members that have made me and the global gaming network I created 4 years ago. I can't take all the credit for KSI but I have worked very hard to see KSI has stayed in tune with the KSI Code of Conduct which I wrote 4 years ago, along with the KSI Ranking System. I work very hard to be honest with the members of KSI and to try to keep our community professional by using the highest standards available on the Xbox system. The Xbox Live disclaimer is were we start.
KSI Code Conduct and Definitions
1. Every KSI member must read and understand The Xbox Live Disclaimer. This rule is so that every one has a second opportunity to read the rules and regulations Xbox Live provide as an agreement with members of the Xbox Live gaming system. Before any one can set up a live account which includes a gamer tag, they are asked if they agree with the terms and conditions to become a live member. We just like to ask members to take a second look at the Xbox Live disclaimer and try to understand what the disclaimer means. If the new member doesn't under stand Xbox Live has a support team that is available at 1800-4my-xbox to answer any questions subscribers may have Xbox Live also has a web site [link] to give details for their customers.
2. Discrimination or Racism will NOT be tolerated among members or other gamers. This rule is so every one understands that respect for their fellow members and to include all gamers throughout the world to discriminate another person is wrong and will hurt other human beings fillings. Even if we may not get along with some one whom we have so much in common with which is the love for video games, it is wrong to say things to hurt any one that are based on some ones race, religion, gender, handicap, speech or sexual preferences. We are very strict when it comes to any one in KSI or out side of our community. Even when joking with some one you consider a friend they may take offence to what you say and it could not only hurt your relationship but will get you kicked out of our community.
3. Leader responsibilitie s include: Organization of all Squad matches & practices; Posting match scores; maintaining professional game play during Squad matches. This rule is for our leaders to follow. Organization is a very important part of the KSI Global Gaming Network. When a member becomes a leader in KSI a lot of responsibility comes along with being a true leader. Organizing squad meetings is the first thing a leader should take into confederation, by meeting with squad once a week it gives the leader an opportunity to 1. Work with team to solve any problems within their squad weather it be a members needs or a complaint also by having meetings it gives that leader an idea who is serous about the squad they have formed. 2. An opportunity to set up new strategies for squad matches so that every one will understand what he or she is suppose to do on the battlefields. I like and have always favored A Squad for an offensives approach and B Squad for a defensive approach. Then pull the two together and your ready to match. 3. This gives a leader a chance to get scores and new members and from other leaders in his or her squad. Then he or she will be able to post their squads members and any news on the websites for the world to see. Its very important to have a leader that takes the time to get news out about team progress posted timely so the marketing or PR team has an opportunity to give all KSI squads the attention they deserve.
4. NEVER LEAVE A KSI MEMBER BEHIND. This rule is for all members within The KSI Global Gaming Network. Back in the beginning of KSI we would see 5 of our members ageist 2 members which were wrong so that is were we came up with this rule never leave a KSI Member Behind. KSI members come and go but sometimes life can take us away from gaming for weeks and some times month's at a time. We should never forget members that have problems in life that take them away and when they come back KSI members should be able to come back with open arms.
5. Members have an "Open Door Policy" to speak with Leaders and Founders on any issues or with any ideas. This rule is for any member on Xbox Live or in The KSI Global Gaming Network to be able to come to KSI Leaders and Founders with any ideas that may concern the further movement of KSI. We at KSI Global Gaming Network enjoy working with members on the Xbox Live gaming system in any way possible including working to help with simple things like getting their Xbox system set up or helping start a squad. What ever the need members have KSI is here 24/7 to answer.
6. KSI encourages our new members to change their gamer tag within 60 days. This rule is only to encourage new members to try KSI out for 60 days to see if we are a clan to call home. We don't force our members to get a KSI gamer tag but having one makes it easier to rank up with in KSI. We do understand sometimes members can't afford to buy a new gamer tag so we do offer 2 moth scratch offs when we have them available. We don't like to see members get a free ride off the 2 month scratch offs Xbox Live has been very good to KSI so we like to see our members try and give what they can to help Xbox Live grow.
7. KSI members must play & maintain a professional manner. This rule is very easy play professional act like an adult and not a child. No trash talk, win or lose always say good game. It's not hard to be a pro gamer if you're a part of KSI so act like it.
8. KSI members CAN NOT be a part of another gaming league unless they are a KSI Alliance League. This rule is to keep KSI in side our group and not in another clan. We try very hard to maintain KSI in a professional manner. It makes it very difficult to work with members who want to be apart of another clan so pick us or them. An alliance league is a group that we work with weather it be another clan or tournament system we do work with and as a 3rd party for lots of other companies to bring the best for our KSI members.
9. KSI members should not be under sixteen years of age unless KSI Leaders or Founders have given approval. This rule is to try and keep KSI Global Gaming Network an adult gaming community. We do take younger members into KSI we just like to make sure their maturity leave is able to interact with our adult gamers. Leaders can determine weather or not a younger person is eligible for a spot in KSI.
10. MOST IMPORTANT !! This includes, but is not limited to: Illegal Drugs, Software and other forms of piracy, Racketeering, Money laundering, Blackmail, Murder, Child Pornography, Prostitution, Bestiality, Incest, Slavery, Fraud, Cannibalism, Theft, Vigilantism, Harassment, and Acts of Treason. ALL KSI MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE READ & UNDERSTANDS KSI's "CODE OF CONDUCT".
THE MANAGEMENT OF KSI HAS A ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ANY MEMBERS WHO VIOLATES THE KSI CODE. THE LEADERSHIP OF KSI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF KSI MEMBERS, THEREFORE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS. This rule is not a rule but a disclaimer to cover KSI Global Gaming Network from any wrong doings KSI members may encounter or be involved in.
Next I have come up with a ranking stauncher that has helped me to run KSI through out our movement on the Xbox live gaming system. The system is for ever changing members move up as they perform with in KSI. It�s not hard to move up with in KSI members just have to work towards being a leader. Every one in KSI is a leader and we teach our members how to become more. Doing small things can help you grow with in KSI like keeping up with our squad list. To become more there are lots of other things one can learn to do like running large groups with in KSI take a look at our Ranking system to get an understanding of how we run KSI.
PRIVATE
Private can be classified as a new member to KSI. Anyone joining KSI will automatically receive this rank. Responsibilitie s of a Private include knowing the Code of Conduct, meeting other KSI members, and participating in clan matches. Your time as a Private is geared towards letting you get familiar with the KSI community and the way we work.
SERGEANT
A Sergeant is a KSI gamer whom has acquired a KSI gamer tag. As a Sergeant, leaders will be depending on you to learn game strategies and train with others in order to better prepare for clan matches. You will be expected to be an example to the Privates below you and to help them when possible.
LIEUTENANT
Lieutenants hold the duty of helping with the training of lower ranking members of KSI. Serves as an aid to the Captain above you.
CAPTAIN
As a captain, it is standard for you to begin taking a stronger leadership role. You may be expected to begin running practices and clan matches, or be sent out to recruit. Also keeps track of squad records and lists. Ensures the lower ranking are well acquainted with the code of conduct.
MAJOR
A Major should take initiative to run clan matches. (At their squad leader's discretion.) Majors will take charge if no higher ranked members are available. Majors may move throughout KSI to help the General and coordinates with the Captains.
GENERAL
The rank of General is to be taken very seriously by everyone in the lower ranks. A General will take charge for a Co-founder or Founder and is responsible for taking care of minor matters at such times. The General is expected to report infractions to their leaders. They work closely with their teams and Co-Founders.
CO-FOUNDER
A Co-founder is responsible for the running of a squad when the Founder is not present. Co-founders assume nearly all of the same duties of a founder in their absence and will help keep the squad running smoothly. They also set up clan matches. May be required to send in squad lists. They are also required to keep discipline within their squad.
FOUNDER
Founders are the leaders of their squads. A founder is responsible for all aspects of their clan. They must oversee all activity within their individual squads, as well as help other when needed. A founder must be fair but firm, and represent the best that KSI has to offer.
SPOKESMODEL
Our Spokes model will be in charge of our public relations. She will handle interviews and answer questions that the public may have. The Spokes model will represent the voice of KSI.
CLAN LEADER
Clan Leaders oversee the coordination of the Founders. They make sure the clan goes in the right direction and keep order between the Founders.
CO-CREATOR
Co-Creators work directly with our Creator. They handle the marketing and major publicity stunts, as well as help with any problems in the squads. When the Creator isn't available, Co-Creators take charge.
CREATOR
This position leaves our Creator with no free time. Our leader gives us his days and nights and keep all of KSI running smoothly. He is the backbone for the entire KSI Global Gaming Network. He has full charge over all aspects of KSI.
Last the way I run every thing from the top is by trial and era. I have made many mistakes but I keep moving forward here are some of the ways I keep KSI at the top of its game. To try and understand how we run things you must first understand that the system we work off of is kayos. The only way to keep a working environment is to first study Controlled Kayos which is best described by reading about the Shatse in history. Shatse was programs were every one would watch every one and think tank teams would govern the system with propaganda and other sorts of social science. So with the system we have before us Xbox Live it is kayos. Someone has to try and make things less kayos and that is what I try to do in a free society system. I work very hard to keep the really bad people away by first isolating then separating then ether teaching them how to be a leader or making them an out cast. All I have is a code of conduct that is setting the standards of how to be a professional person and a ranking structure to teach others chain of command. I empower people to become the best. Sometimes it doesn't work and my team will take action to improve or make examples for all to see and understand why. Did you know that 70% of gamers are ADD or ADHD you and I have a unique opportunity to help others in a way that may influence their lives. Teaching someone with ADD or ADHD to focus, concentrate, multitask, and interact well with others is a gift from God you and I share. Playing video games is therapeutic for ADD & ADHD and other sorts of disabilities. I beat you didn't know we are starting to work with disabled children out side of KSI to help teach health care officials to play video games for children who have disabilities like MS or MD. It is a program that Vanity has taken the front on and will continue so children will be able to dictate to their nurse or family members when to jump what door to open which way to turn. Of course first person shooters want work but RPG and MMO games will. This is the kind of person the real Natas is not a bad boy a little hard at times but I do try to give back to the big money world of gaming. When I advertise its so people don't get left behind in a world of kayos. To be honest I have made very little money off the gaming world and put 8 to 18 hours in every day working with others. Sure it would be great to make enough money so I don't have to go back to work and see nothing but bad people. That is my job for 10 years now seeing violence, drugs, and hurt. I put my heart into KSI (Knowledge Support Incite) and I hope now that I gave you a profile of who the real Natas is you will at the least see I'm a good christen man who only does the best he can in a world were most have been left behind.
