KSI Fusion SR meeting notes 6/22/16

This page references a Meeting Notes for the meetings hosted by all levels of leadership in both Clan and Web Operations.

Meeting Topics

1.Welcome to the new and improved Fusion SR. First off Introductions: KSI M3diik 7, he is the new SR division leader. He came from RD and has been in KSI for forever. KSI Punisher 7 who is the new Co-Division Leader and he also came from RD. He has been in KSI since forever also. Finally KSI Medusa 7 who is the new General of Fusion and she also came from RD She has been in and out of KSI since 2015.

2.To start out the meeting we talked about meeting etiquette When a General or above is talking you should have your mic muted until called upon or it is open for question. This way we can get thru the meeting as quickly as possible without going off track. Soon we will start having members do call outs when you want the floor. For example KSI Medusa 7 Gen of Fusion requesting the floor. This is the way the Division meetings are held so we all should get used to it now.

3. Next we talked about the recruiting quota. It is no longer a quota it is a goal. There are only 30ish members in the squad so 25 per week is a little out of our reach so for this week we are going to shoot for 10. The way the officer recruit will be changing. Captains, the Major, and Gen will spend 30 mins a week training and 30 mins a week running a recruiting party. Lieutenants will spend one hour a week recruiting.

4.KSI work is no mandatory for anyone. If you want to just hang out and play then you can. However those who put in the work will get the promotions and be rewarded with in KSI.

5.We took a vote on what day next week we would like to have our meeting and the majority decided on Wednesday at 8pm EST.Â

6.For next week meeting we will be asking every member what they would like to see the new General do and where they want to see the squad in the next month. So please come to the meeting ready to answer those two questions
