Meeting Topics

We covered how pleased we are with the level of activity within our squad and to keep up the good work. Recruiting has been going well. It's okay to grow slowly and be picky on who you rct. We want those rcts that will be here for the long haul. We have implemented a new process for officer selections. When an individual is recommended to move up into an officer spot they will be interviewed by the MAJ/GEN. All expectations will be covered and leadership will either approve or deny the promotion after the interviews are held. We covered the proper use of the squad tag. We explained in detail what Crowns are and how that activity works. Squad schedule and Education Department schedule were posted for the week.
