Meeting Topics
1. Lieutenant Duties, and candidacy 2. Officer Handbooks 3. Squad Activities 4. Activity in General 5. Chain of Command 6. Promotions
1. Lieutenants are able to clear Sergeants to be able to recruit solo. In order for a member to be cleared, they must listen in on a minimum of two recruitments done by a cleared recruiter, (Sergeant or Officer) and then perform a mock recruitment. Once the mock recruitment has been passed, the member looking to recruit solo will recruit once with an officer present, then the decision will be determined. Candidacy for promotion to Lieutenant are as follows: 1. Be active on Discord, Xbox, and have an active recently used website account. 2. Be versed in the recruitment process. 3. Recruit at least two members SOLO. 2. KSI PhantomWolf will be creating a handbook for both Lieutenants, as well as Captains to help members who want to be officers. These handbooks will be lengthy, as it will explain each rank in detail, and the scope of their responsibilities. 3. Gun crowns are still being held, get with KSI PhantomWolf in order to claim crowns, and he will notify you if there are people wanting to challenge you for a crown. Additionally, we will also be continuing to set up the competitive teams, so if you are interested in joining the squad's competitive teams then get with any officer. 4. Squad activity on Discord, interactivity with each other on Xbox, and activity on the website needs to be increasing. This is so that we can get members more informed on KSI matters, as discord is direct announcements, and website is to help keep track of members, as well as get teams on the web operations side up. 5. The chain of command for Rapture is set up so that way members can get in contact with direct leadership to have members in positions exercise their knowledge in the positions they're in. The chain of command is as follows:
General: Big John, last resort Major: Vani1lla, if none of the officers are on or available, go to him First Captain: PhantomWolf, if the Lieutenant and second captain aren't available, go to him Second Captain: Migraine, if the Lieutenant is not available go to him Second Lieutenant: ItsEcho, main point of contact for questions regarding KSI.
