KSI Rapture meeting notes 5/9/18

This page references a Meeting Notes for the meetings hosted by all levels of leadership in both Clan and Web Operations.

Meeting Topics

As always I try to keep my meetings short and to the point, well as much as I can.

-I gave out two promotions: KSI xVapeSatanX was promoted to Captain, and KSI Juxity was promoted to Lieutenant.

-I adressed the current state of the squad: we are currently at about 40 members im looking to be at 50+ members by the end of may but ideally at 60+ members.

-I disscussed some aspects of the recruiting process that I want members to keep in mind: Mainly the fact that when you recruit a new member the "recruitment process" isn't technically over, because you must continue to keep in contact with the recruit and continue to get them acclimated within KSI. I've noticed a few members of Rapture that have been recruiting people but not following through post recruitment and I hope this changes.

-I reminded everyone that KSI Elderpooter still has his recruiting contest going on, and I highly encouraged all members of Rapture to participate.

-I also made everyone aware that in the near future FA will no longer have it's own Discord server, but will instead have channels on the main KSI discord server.
