KSI Rapture meeting notes 5/19/19

This page references a Meeting Notes for the meetings hosted by all levels of leadership in both Clan and Web Operations.

Meeting Topics

We took a straw poll and majority of members wanted to move Crowns to Friday's. All officers agreed so we have moved crowns to Friday's and pinned the new schedule. Let everyone know that Elder was on vacation and not to bother him. Kared will be filling in while he is gone. Please pay close attention to the chat when you log into discord as not to miss any tags or information. Please keep me and Legion in the loop when engaging with leadership on issues. I do understand a difference between open door and trying to accomplish other tasks for the squad. Let's work together and not double our efforts. A lot of things are going outside the squad that should be handled by squad leadership. Please use your chain of command. In most cases squad leadership can answer or handle your situation much faster. Only absolute emergencies or valid complaints should ever jump the chain of command. If you are not able to host an assigned event please post it for us to see in chat so someone else can be assigned in your absence. Everyone continue to work on our communication skills. You are all doing fantastic with activity, keep up the good work. Encouraged all members to attend all the classes being hosted by the Education Department. Everyone needs to show mutual respect during game nights when the host is giving instructions. No cheating during game nights, if you lose don't give away others positions. HH team is coming back. KSI Twirly will be the Team manager and will be posting more info. If you make a GT change please tag me or Legion so we can update CMS.
