During the past week KSI has received a Rude awakening, and with the embarrassment we've experienced, we have now chosen to take Full Action. As we all now KSI has a Zero Tolerance Policy which is good when its enforced, obviously it hasn't been enforced enough,
but now things are changing The Zero Tolerance Policy is now In FULL effect. We Also encourage ALL leaders to take action Starting NOW. For those of you who don't know what the Zero Tolerance policy is, Here is a brief example:
We will not tolerate smack talkers...
We will not tolerate Cheaters of Anysort...
We will not tolerate iggnorance.....
Leaders if any of your members fall into these categories Give them the boot ASAP NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!
We are Cleaning house people if you are in KSI to be "deadweight" your out. If you are here in ksi to cause drama your out. If you are here and do not want to take orders such as wearing a uniform to represent your clan your out... get the point??.. Like i said Leaders if your people want to question any order you give them they within reason they are OUT!!!
With that said KSI is looking towards a brighter future and Cleaning up our "Rep" is our first step towards that.
Please don't waste our time if your not truly Dedicated to making this work. Thanks for your time & cooperation.
