Hello, KSI Members!

We’re excited to share some updates about Head Hunters! Both the Head Hunters program and Tournaments & Events (T&E) team have been hard at work to ensure the reintegration of these activities is beneficial for as many members of KSI as possible.

Recently, I KSI Don Caesar 7 (CoFo) | T&E TL  have taken the reins of the department, and I’m committed to making sure all future events and tournaments are enjoyable and accessible for everyone. One of our first big initiatives is the formation of a dedicated team to assist in running Head Hunters. This team will work closely with me to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

In addition, we’ve made some updates to the rules: Head Hunters will now operate under the CDL rule set. This change aims to provide a more competitive and structured environment.

The official start date for Head Hunters is  Nov 30th, we’re aiming to have it up and running then, so everyone can jump in and enjoy the new experience. We’re confident these changes will enhance the program and better suit your needs.

Starting 11/25/2024, a new ping rule will be going into effect for the mod role approved by KSI IronBear 7 and Rewster. Monday through Friday the mod role cannot be pinged unless it is for an emergency after 12:00 am EST, midnight. As the majority of the team is a day crew and have day jobs this is so their lives are not interfered with and they are able to get sleep. If there is an emergency the /pingmods command needs to be used or ping/notify the highest person in your chain of command that is awake. Pings can start again at 9:00 am est. If there are any questions please feel free to ask the mod boss or the directors of Community Services.

Please make sure all submissions get sent to XiledLOTUS (E-SL | GFX) (E-SL)  via discord. This event is open to all members of KSI to participate in with those participating using whatever graphic design software that they want to use. Can either make a server icon, server banner, or both but all submissions need to be sent to XiledLOTUS (E-SL | GFX) (E-SL)  no later than 11:55PM Est. on 11/30/2024. Voting will happen anonymously by the community on which graphic they think is best. Voting will happen 12/1/2024 - 12/07/2024. The winner or winners will be announced on 12/08/2024 and their image will remain as the server icon and banner for 30 days.
