As I was reading through my Woman's Day magazine, I came along a great article and would like to pass this along to you girls.

You don't have to be a cutthroat competitor to rise to the top. Ask someone how they're doing and really LISTEN. You'll make a friend and a great impression when you open your ears, make eye contact, and honestly listen to every word. As individuals, we should always take the lead in finding a way to solve the problem instead of playing the blame game.
GOAL - GETTER:
If you want to rise through the ranks in the world, seeking advise from a successful FEMALE may get you there faster. Women are more likely than men to benefit from having a same-sex role model, this was found in a study in "Psychology of Women Quarterly". Researchers speculate females who make it to the top act as motivators for other women to overcome the proverbial glass ceiling. Let's hear it for the girls!
