Helheim to Rayner

After relentless work, the Helheim Squad splits to create Rayner. KSI FatNinja, who has become Viking Horde's newest co-founder was asked “How was the road to splitting for you?” To which he responded, “The road to splitting the squad was tough, we had an SL step down due to personal reasons which was fine then we had an SL who wasn’t active and when I took over it was just rebuilding the pieces of the puzzles that were missing.” Then he replied with “Things have been wonderful since the split. My squads are breaking milestones I couldn't think of.” In response to the following question 'How have things been from you since the split?’

Secondly, KSI DPownall establishes the squad, Rayner. He had to say this about the road to splitting, “It was unique, upon my return from LOA I requested a Division transfer. Julius talked me down to just a squad transfer and convinced me to help Helheim split. Things clicked with the help of Mau, Tupac, Mamas, LifeSupport, and so many others. Together we took Helheim from 45 members and 60% retention to 110 members and 88% retention in just 3 weeks.” Dp was then asked, “What are some challenges that lay ahead of you in your new role as a squad leader?” He replied “With it being my second go around as Squad Leader I'll have to break some old habits from my last time. For much of my time leading Immortals I had to rely on mostly myself, I didn't have an officer core to delegate to. This time around I've got an outstanding support system with our divisional staff combined with a stellar officer core and members eager to join clan ops and climb the chain.”

Finally, KSI Mau 7 inherits Helheim Squad and turns it into Mjolnir and leaves us with this. “Since the split, we have been growing with members and staff. We had a few who left or stepped down so it was a little tough. But we have overcome it and hope to have this squad split soon.” They said in quick response to how things have been for you since the split. Mau then was asked, what are your goals for the squad moving forward? They effortlessly replied “My goal going forward is to make sure to develop everyone under me to be a great leader. I Want to make sure my squad is having fun within the community and not being left out. Wanna make sure training and activities are happening.”

Nemesis to Jormungandr

After unprecedented resiliency, Nemesis Squad splits to create Jormungandr. KSI Cook, who has become Viking Horde’s newest co-founder was asked “What are some challenges that might lie ahead of you in your new role?” They replied “I came in right as we are getting ready to split the division, so all the challenges that come with that, but as a new cofo. I also feel like I am going to have to prod Amaterasu more to figure out what to work on with Jormungandr. And then there will be all sorts of fun new challenges I cannot foresee.” The follow-up question was, “How have things been for you since the split?” They quickly replied “It has been crazy. The squads are doing great, taking off from great foundations with great leadership driving them, but Nemesis has had to deal with more mess in five days than I had to deal with in that squad in five months. I picked the right one to take it over though. Stormy's been kicking ass and taking names! Jormungandr seems like they have had it easier. They are taking off super-fast, and I am usually just socializing when I am in a chat with them.”

KSI Amaterasu leaves his beloved squad to make Jormungandr. Amaterasu was asked, “Can you discuss the road to splitting for you?” He answered with the following “The road was long and full of bumps but we pulled through, Nemesis was a great squad but we also had those bumps of some of our low points but we pulled through, got some hard-working people like Raine, Stormy, and DaKeechZ03. We formed a strong core. Raine was transferred out and Skorpa got that last spot. The road then became fun and we were handling it very well, training officers, training cadets, and making sure they were trained enough for the split. I am happy the road we went down through Nemesis, and I am proud of where we are today!” He was then asked “What are some challenges that might lie ahead of you in your new role? “Amaterasu replied “There will be many challenges that await me in this new squad, there will be drama, there will be people leaving and then there will be many discussions for moving forward! I am excited to see the future of Jormungandr!”

Finally, KSI Stormy takes over the unwavering Nemesis Squad and leaves us with their thoughts. “The road to the split was a breeze! We had built a wonderful officer core prior that made any issues that popped up easy to handle!” Stormy then was asked, “What are your goals for the squad moving forward?” They flawlessly replied “The goals I have for the squad would be making sure everyone feels safe and welcomed no matter the situation. Everyone deserves to be welcomed with open arms and no judgment, many people use KSI as an outlet to get away from their IRL stuff and they deserve that chance!” Then to round out the interview we asked “How have things been for you since the split?” Stormy, without missing a beat said, “The split was a little hectic starting, the first 2 days weren't what we thought it would be at all but we've been building and solving issues that arose with ease due to the awesome officers core that we have built.”
