XeroDegreez division is on the rise again with talented leaders at its helm. What we need is for leaders to push ahead to the future in order for XeroDegreez to rise to the top once more.
The first step to take in becoming the best is gaining more people into the fold. We do by a simple process of recruiting. Yes, people will say, “KSI sucks, its garbage…” but that is what you get when you are in the best gaming clan those people are envious. Those are the type of people that we must persuade to come into KSI so we can prove them wrong in and show them that we are not what they think we are.
The proper steps to recruiting are simple, one must get a person’s attention by playing a couple games with them or just talking with them and then casually asking, “Hey, you seem cool would you be interested in joining a clan?”. If they say, “No” then move on to the next person; if they say, “Yea sure that would be cool” then go on to the next step of recruitment. The next step is to make sure they are fit for KSI by asking questions like “How old are you?”, “Have you cheated before?”, and “Have you been in KSI before?” If they pass these questions then they are ready to become a part of KSI and a part of XeroDegreez division. The final step of recruiting is to get them into uniform, send a clan invite, and message your squad that you have recruited a new person to KSI.
As I type, this XeroDegreez is sitting at about 410 members, total. I am issuing a challenge and goal for this division to gain about 90 more members so we can be at 500 members or more by August 1, 2007. So all that is left is to go out and bring new faces into this great gaming community we call KSI.
