Enforcer split recently into Ostara! Through this split, we saw another Co-Founder promotion with KSI FIREBIRD, former Squad Leader of Enforcer! We also got two new Squad Leaders: KSI J, Enforcer Squad Leader, and KSI Queen K, Squad Leader of Ostara. We got with them and asked some questions about the road to split, life after split, and any challenges they thought they might face in the weeks ahead.

Discuss what the road to splitting was like for you?
Road to splitting was good and fun. When I created Enforcer I wanted it to be a very friendly squad and fun. I had great officers who stepped up when needed and have helped me to get the squad split! Without them or even the members I would have had the split. So I thank all of them for helping me become who I am now. It may have taken a little bit to get things going but it happened and the split came. Now I like to see what the next leaders will do.
How have things been for you since the split?
Things have been a little challenging. I have to tell myself not to do SL stuff. As I'm used to doing everything but I'm learning to let the Squad Leaders do their job. Watching over the squads now isn't bad. But I'm also learning things as a Co-Founder and I'm willing to keep learning.
Challenges that might lie ahead of you in your new role?
Challenges ehh? I believe the challenges that might be ahead of me is understanding not to step on toes inside of the squads. Just gotta know if I'm needed. Maybe another challenge is to learn what Division Staff does as their duties for their role.
What are you expecting to see out of the 2 squads?
I'm expecting the squads to Lead how I led them. They will switch some stuff up to their liking to help run their squad. I expect the Squad Leaders to make the right choices in who the officers will be to be future leaders. For Officers and Senior Officers, I expect them all to follow what they have learned from myself and their Squad Leader. I hope they will lead by example for their members so they can gain some trust in them. My big expectation for these squads is to build up a healthy, fun growing squad. As I told them it will take time to grow after a split and they have been doing their best to keep their squad going.

Discuss what the road to splitting was like for you?
The road to spilling the squad was amazing. With amazing members and officer core and an amazing Squad Leader (at the time before split). With me and Queen to keep the squad going with the activity before spilt and also helping for the split. I always said it was so soon or to soon because I don't know how I would do as a Squad Leader. I think I'm doing alright at it, especially since I'm new to this clan stuff.
How have things been for you since the split?
The activity is slow and the recruiting is good but it needs work on. But it is going on right now. A little more activity has been going on.
Challenges that might lie ahead of you in your new role?
For any challenges I might head on is holding each other accountable for communication. As long as we have communication we should go and also do their part for the squad.
What are your goals for the squad going forward?
My Goals for my squad is to get it back how it was going before and try to make it better than before in my type of squad as you can say. In my head it's gonna take time but it will get there. Also I want to make a big impact like how it was before the split, and try to make it more active then it was before.

Discuss what the road to splitting was like for you?
This split was different then the many others I have been a part of in the past. Enforcer was a very tight knit group. Most squads will tell you that they are a family and they are close but we truly had a bond. We had our final officer meeting 2 days before the split and I don't think there was a dry eye at the meeting. Tears of joy because of our success but tears because we wouldnt get to work this closely anymore. The same thing for the squad. Once we announced the final day of the split the chat was buzzing with excitement, but you could also sense that people were somewhat sad to be split up. We still are very close with Enforcer and always will be.
How have things been for you since the split?
Things are going great. I have a great group of guys standing beside me to jump start Ostara off the split, we have members who are ready to game and that's all you can ask for as a leader.
Challenges that might lie ahead of you in your new role?
With any new job or position you are bound to face challenges. I think a personal challenge for me will be making sure that I am doing enough for my squad. Making sure my members are getting the most out of their experience in KSI and making sure I'm training and mentoring my officers properly.
What are your goals for the squad going forward?
The goal that I have for Ostara is to grow. For the members and officers to enjoy being here and for them to want to continue building what I started here.
