Fluff is a term used to describe members that are no longer active within a squad of KSI, but are still showing as a part of the community making squads or divisions appear larger than they are.

Leaders of KSI are encouraged to periodically "defluff" their squads so there is an accurate member count. KSI uses a 2/3 Rule Policy as it pertains to fluff meaning a member must be active in 2 of the following: Discord Chat, Discord Voice, or Xbox Parties with fellow KSI Members.
