=Code of Conduct=
1. Every KSI member must read and understand the Xbox Live® and PlayStation Network Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.

|<b>1.</b> KSI member(s) should be 16 years old or older.

|<b>2.</b> KSI member(s) must have a working mic in order to communicate with team/squad members in Gaming Operations.

|<b>3.</b> KSI member(s) shall not partake in illegal activities.

|<b>4.</b> KSI member(s) shall not engage in or retaliate to hostile behavior.

|<b>5.</b> KSI member(s) are responsible for enabling a safe gaming environment for all members and guests.

|<b>6.</b> We encouraged members to use the chain of command when addressing Game-Ops/Department issues: - All leaders maintain an “Open Door” policy.

|<b>9.</b> Any breach by a member or guest which is disrespectful, hostile, and/or brings a discredit to the community may result in suspension, demotion, ban, or addition to the Removed/DNH list as seen fit by the leaders within KSI Global.

2. KSI does not tolerate discrimination in any form – including but not limited to racism, sexism, or harassment by or towards any member of KSI in any situation.

|<b>1.</b> We do not tolerate discrimination in any form by or be toxic towards any member, such as by arguing or insulting in any circumstance.

3. Leaders within KSI are responsible for the organization of all squad matches and practices, maintaining professional game play during squad matches, as well as oversight and evaluation of performance and behavior of lower ranking members.
|<b>2.</b> Do not post malicious links or files on the server that can steal information. If so, a 72 hours mute will occur and the Server Staff/KSI Courts for a review.

|<b>3.</b> Please make sure all topics are appropriate and in the correct channel. - Nothing can be shared that is NSFW, is related to substance abuse, is disturbing or that displays a grave nature.

4. Poaching is strictly prohibited. If you try to convince, offer, or promise, to have member “rank up” in this community from another clan, or squad and division in and out of KSI is strictly prohibited.
|<b>4.</b> Don't ask for personal information or distribute any personal information without consent. Nor post any links of selling items of any kind without permission.

|<b>5.</b> Your ‘server nickname’ must have at least 3 pingable characters in your name that are closely represented to your gamertag or PSN name. - All of these characters must be typeable on a standard English QWERTY keyboard.

5. All members have an “Open Door Policy” to speak with Leaders about any issues or with any ideas. We still impress the responsibility to report to the appropriate leaders within the KSI Chain of Command.
|<b>6.</b>  Impersonation of a bot/person with profile pictures/names isn't allowed. Can result in an automatic remover/ban if necessary by the leaders of KSI Global.

|<b>7.</b>Don't cause spam by posting repeated disturbing text or large blocks of text.

6. KSI members takes pride in his or her membership and is encouraged but not forced to change their gamer tag to reflectKSI. Upon changing their gamer tag, a KSI member is expected to exude the KSI attitude and must understand that they now represent KSI in the gaming world.
|<b>8.</b> Do not use alts maliciously: - If otherwise, alt accounts will be banned.

|<b>9.</b> You aren't allowed to minimod in the server, this means acting as a moderator by threatening people with punishment. If you have a problem please ping an active staff member.

7. KSI members must maintain a professional manner and attitude during play as well as within lobby, party and KSI based chats in order to represent KSI as a positive gaming community.
|<b>10.</b> No interfering with moderator's duties: - Don't argue with them while they actively moderate - Don't provide fake/forged evidence - Don't misinform users with serious questions on purpose.

8. KSI members are not permitted to be a part of any other gaming community or clan other than KSI.
 
 
9. The lowest allowed age to be recruited into KSI is 16. If a recruited member is younger than the required age but shows themselves to be mature and level headed the decision to join will be made on a case by case basis with approval needed from a Co-Founder or higher.  
 
 
10. List of prohibited activities includes but is not limited to – Illegal Drugs, Software Alteration, Modding of Games, Console Manipulation, Other Forms of Piracy, Racketeering, Money laundering, Blackmail, Murder, Child Pornography, Prostitution, Bestiality, Incest, Slavery, Fraud, Cannibalism, Theft, Vigilantism, Sexual Harassment, Harassment, Stolen Valor and Acts of Treason.
 
 
11. While KSI abides healthy competition among fellow gaming communities, KSI has a strict Non-Hostilities policy in regards to other gaming communities. No member of KSI shall engage in any form of trash talk, bashing, insulting, bullying or otherwise disrespectful behavior to a member of another gaming community. This also applies to retaliation. If a member from another gaming community acts in a hostile manner towards you, block communications and report it to your Chain of Command immediately. DO NOT ENGAGE IN AN ARGUMENT.  
 
 
12. Respect all leaders and members in KSI.</center>
