1. make (something) appear fuller and softer by shaking or brushing it.

Fluff is a term used to describe members that are no longer active within a squad of KSI, but are still showing as a part of the community making squads or divisions appear larger than they are.

Leaders of KSI are encouraged to periodically "defluff" their squads so there is an accurate member count.
