“Bringing back Halo has been a nostalgic experience. It’s been a great adventure though and I have met lots of friends along the way. I do feel like there is a stark difference between COD and Halo. COD is more based on mechanics and skill. Halo is more strictly skill and knowledge of the map.“

“It’s been pretty awesome bringing back what KSI started it as and keeping that alive. There are a lot of cod players literally everywhere but Halo players are harder to find. Halo players, I feel more nostalgic and a lot have tons of knowledge about the depth of Halo lore.“

“Freaking awesome! I love the fact that WHEN successful it will go down in KSI history. “The idea of moving up initially made me nervous. But after talking to several people who were already higher up than me, I gained some confidence. I went straight to work recruiting. I would send several messages a day and just kept getting recruits. After I realized I could recruit, I figured I would be able to learn the rest of the process. I always had Ostrich and New Blue available to answer questions. After I was promoted to SL I also had EasyBake oven and QUEEN K to help me as well. I appreciate everyone for everything they did for me to be able to get to CoFo today.“

“It’s hard to find women to play with so being able to invite them to a big group of women is awesome. I think it’s also cool to see a huge clan care enough about women to give them their own space. Some women have been hurt by men physically and/or emotionally. I think if these women enjoy gaming they should be able to do so with the knowledge that they are safe in this group and hopefully they can get close enough to lean on the women in this group through hard times (especially if they’ve been through similar experiences) and gain life-long friends. And I think since of course they do have access to talking to the entire server when they are ready they can branch off and talk to other men. And perhaps heal if they’ve been affected a lot by that sort of trauma.“

After tremendous hard work, Voodoo Squad splits to create Wraith. HADES who has become Xiled Horde's newest Cofounder had this to say, “Since the split, it has been a bittersweet and exciting experience. A part of me misses the camaraderie and shared moments we had as a squad. It is a change of pace to not be as deeply involved in the day-to-day operations, as I am accustomed to being very hands-on and maintaining close relationships with everyone. However, I am incredibly proud of the new Squad Leaders and their incredible work. They are demonstrating the power of hard work and dedication, and I hope that other members can see how far they can go with those qualities. It is inspiring to see them take on new challenges with confidence, and I am happy to be able to support them in any way I can. The slower pace allows me to focus on other areas and projects, which is refreshing. Overall, it has been a positive transition, and I am excited to see what the future holds for both the new squad leaders and myself.”
Finally, | KSI BIGKREST, who is the New Squad Leader for the new squad Wraith says this about the split, “Looking ahead, my goals for the squad revolve around growth, synergy, and consistency. First, I want us to continue to build on the foundation of trust and communication we have started. We need to push each other to elevate our skills and strategies to new levels. Another key goal is fostering a competitive mindset while maintaining a positive, supportive environment. Ultimately, the goal is for us to become a cohesive unit, consistently perform at a high level, and achieve both our short-term and long-term objectives as a squad.” Krest said regarding some of their goals for Wraith
Finally, Cahps takes over the powerplant Voodoo Squad and leaves us with their thoughts, “Splitting the Squad was not an easy journey! Most would say it was challenging, but I would not say that it was challenging, in my opinion, it was inspiring and interesting to look back and see where I had started and compare it to where I am now while also watching other great leaders such as Queen and Hades, trying to be just as great as they are! I had my ups and downs but I work hard and am very dedicated to what I do and I always stay out on top due to my consistency. Initially, this squad was inseparable, sharing laughter 24/7 and just having fun is what we were best at! As time went on, differences in teaching styles and ambitions started to emerge. I felt a mix of emotions and uncertainty as we decided to explore separate paths. It was so tough to say goodbye to everyone who was not coming with me, from our late-night gaming to all the camaraderie that we had built during our time together. Ultimately, though, I realized that sometimes change is necessary for growth, both individually and as a gamer. Reflecting on our time together, I cherished all the memories we had and look forward to new adventures, whether we are apart or together.”
