I have a lot of experience building divisions and have proved on many occasions my ability to handle drama as well as other issues and resolve them without demoting or kicking people out.

Your KSI experience: I joined in to a division I don't remember because my friend said it was cool. It was really boring no one talked to me and no one was active. I transferred to Double Helix which had only been open for a little wile. I moved into a squad named Cytosine DH. I did not respect my leaders because they where never on. I would talk to my general on Fridays because that was the only day he would get on. For my first promotion (from private to corporal) I ranked up by giving my general a 1 month. I had no clue that that was not the way you leveled up in KSI. For my next rank I acquired a KSI tag and I proudly wore my sergeant's symbol. It was great to help out all the privates that where new to KSI. I still had a lot to learn so I talked to the 1st captain. He told how the rank structure works and that I should go to a lieutenant first, he said "Bye" then kicked me out and played matchmaking the rest of the day. I new that recruiting was the thing to do, so I recruited 20 people and then went talked to the general that Friday. He said he hadn't had any one do this before so he promoted me to lieutenant. At lieutenant I sat for a long time. He than said to me if I fill up the squad ( 40 or so members) he would promote me to captain. Being as enthusiastic as I was I got them in one week. Hesitantly the general promoted me too second captain. I believe now he was so hesitant because of all the hits happening at that time. Being the only active leader in the squad a couple of weeks later I went back to him and asked for first captain. He said No. he said his friend was 1st captain and he was doing a good job. I then pointed out that he yelled at me, he had been off for a week and that is not right to promote friends. He left the party and played matchmaking. A few hours later he said he talked to his friend and he was stepping down then he promoted me to 1st captain. Not long after that I transferred to Guanine DH the squad that I wish still existed in its original state. Guanine was at what I would home, out of every squad I have ever been in. I was brought in as a 3rd captain as I thought that any thing was better than a squad with a general that didn't care. I took fondly to a certain stephen 612. He had just got me 7 recruits and so I told him he should get a KSI tag to rank up. He said he didn't have the money to change it so I told him to get 20 recruits and I would give him a 1 month. He did it and I made him his KSI DARKNIGHT 7 tag. Not long after there was a major change in our squad when our general was swapped out with a certain KSI Brute. Brute was one of the only good generals I have ever had above me! He held meeting more than once a week and was always in the thick of it with his members. I move progressively up to Major and Darknight moved to 1st captain. I was at that position for about a week when my 360 got the 3 red rings of death. I was able to get on my 360 but I knew it was only a matter of time before it got worse. So I declared that I was stepping down and was going to send in my Xbox. At that I was back to 4th captain and Darknight was promoted to major over me. In the next few day I talked to some people that said that they had had the 3 red rings of death for months and that it was fine so about 3 days after I made my decision to step down I went back and both me and Darknight agreed that I should get my rank back, but while this was going on we got a new general. When Brute quit a new person moved in his name was KSI Kit Kat. He was an ok general. When we went to him to try to get my rank back he said he was new and he didn't want to make any drastic changes. So I stayed 4th captain and soon moved back to first captain under darknight as my major. Kit Kat was quickly promoted to co-founder and when he left everyone was expecting for Darknight to get major, but Kit Kat had other plans he brought over a certain KSI SlimJim a little kid that squeaked and played custom games with his non-KSI friends all day. He was obviously not a good leader and in two weeks he was kicked out of KSI by a higher-up. From there Darknight got general and I was promoted back to major. We worked and built KSI Guanine up to the best squad in all of the Helix. We were constantly sipping out members to other divisions and we were the envy of all. Darknight was promoted to co-founder about 1-2 months later and I was promoted to general! This was a long awaited position for me. Over the 2+ months I was general I loved every second of it. I did not want to give it up when KSI Angel Eyes came to me and asked if I wanted to be promoted to Co-Founder over KSI RNA DH and KSI DNA DH. Reluctantly I took the promotion. I found out soon that my squads where badly messed up and that it was going to be a lot of work to fix them. About 2 weeks later my squads were competing with Guanine. My two squads were so intertwined that one of my new privates ask who the new general was b/c he thought that the other general was his. My squads continued till the day that KSI Angel Eyes (better known as KSI Lady Burn) asked for an inv to the squads and overlord. That was the day the Helix was Hit Big-time HIT. And all the squads where cleared out except Guanine. Darknight did not get on till later that night and when he got on I informed him of what was going on and told him not to give overlord to anyone. In response to this, I quickly gathered up 3 of my loyal members who I had get on bungie.net and made a list of everyone in the squads. They then sent it to me via MSN and we created new squads and set out to rebuild the Helix by sending out the clan inv again. This is when the upper leadership brought in KSI J3, a KSI loyalist. He helped with the rebuilding and took charge. About 3 week after the rebuilding had begun my 360 froze and I was forced to restart my 360. When I started it back up it said that this disk is unrecognizable and it needs to be cleaned. I got the disk resurfaced but it still said the same thing so I took it to a friend and it worked on his Xbox just fine. I wanted to send it in but it was only weeks till Halo 3 came out and I had been waiting for this for months. I could not just send it in now!!! That would be unthinkable. So I waited until I had it about a month or so and sent it in. This was the beginning of me hating 1-800-4-myxbox. I called and for almost 2 hours I waited on the phone with halo music playing. Then when someone finally answered she(a oriental woman who spoke broken English) told me a million and one ways to fix it and they all didn't work. I was on the phone late into that school night and hated every minute of it. It was just a bunch of things done in every order you can think of. Finally, I was transferred over to a real person who got me singed up to send it in. They sent me a box and off it went. On the day 2 months later I got my 360 back. I was very happy but when I tried Halo 2 it said the same thing it said before so I had to call back and set it up so I could send in my hard drive. The process was just as long as last time and a bit more painful, because of last time's failure. It took them forever to admit that it was the hard drive and let me send it in. After my hard drive was gone for 3 months I bought a memory card and started playing Halo 3 again. With the memory card, I was very limited and was unable to do many things like watch films and stuff. Darknight hit me up with a message and asked if I wanted to help him start up a H3 squad. I declined but mentioned that I was getting COD4. He quickly asked if I would like to start one over there, I really like the idea of moving to a new game, and the revolution of KSI in COD4 started. Darknight and I started a branch of the helix and it quickly grew to a 3 squad empire of innovation. Most people laugh at the idea of a smoothly running COD4 squad let alone 3 of them that could self-sustain when the top leaders left, but we did that very thing. Most of the credit went to Darknight but I was ok with that seeing as how I still have yet to revolutionize KSI and get credit for it. With that said I would like to step back to Halo 2 when all the commotion was going on about how to start up squads in Halo 3. I came up with the idea of using gamer tags as a list and running them that way. I talked to a lot of people about this and eventually I hope it was me that inspired the transition with gamer tags. But moving on over in COD 4 I moved to the rank as Co-Founder again and with our success over in Call of Duty we started up Single Helix for KSI KILLABURN 7 the director over the helixes. We started up Single Helix and grew at a steady pace of 200 a month and soon reached 400. I started as a co-division leader and 1 1/2 moth later was promoted to division leader. Darknight got Director. Burn seemed pretty cool to begin with but soon that all changed!!! If you want to know the ridicules story that follows Burn then don't hesitate to ask me. I will not post it hear in respect of all who follow him and because he is a senior leader of mine. He basically DNHed us for "Threats of Hacking" or whatever reason he made. The "DNH" was quickly appealed and I was brought back as a director and opened up my own division with KSI Armyranger. I was then blacklisted for those same "threats of hacking". The blacklist was appealed and I was brought back as a Division Leader over KSI FV (a division I created and came up with the idea for). I was then re-blacklisted for the same "Threats of Hacking". I was then un-blacklisted (again) and brought back as Division Leader over FV (again). There The division grew to 300 members in about 2 months. I was promoted to Director about a month ago. Just a little bit ago I was put over XD as the new director and I plan to help jumpstart that in the right direction. I have obligation Wednesday's so attending directors' meetings are hard. But other than that I have lots of time to get on Halo, or write KSI autobiographies. Currently in KSI I wish to active the rank of Senior Director and stop. I believe there I can do the most good by floating around KSI and resolving any issues or problems that arise with out damaging the squad or division that surround that problem. This is just a short account of my full KSI story.
