	In mid-November, several large events changed the trajectory of XH. First, [[KSI Medusa x7]] and several Officers and Members would transfer to [[Infinite Anarchy]] citing tough work conditions among several other reasons. On 11/15/24, [[Arcane XH]] would split to create [[Coven XH]], the first all-female squad in many years. [[Starshine122]] received a promotion to Co-Founder, [[EasyBakeOven]] to Squad Leader of Coven, and [[TTVarbitercu]] to Squad Leader of Arcane. On 11/16/24, [[Voodoo XH]] would split to create [[Wraith XH]]. [[Hades]] received a promotion to Co-Founder, [[KSI BigKrest]] to Squad Leader of Wraith, and [[KSI Cahps]] to Squad Leader of Voodoo. Unbeknownst to XH Div Staff and Directors, [[KSI Viktory 7]] was behind the scenes convincing staff to reconsider their memberships in XH. Ultimately, all of [[Purgatory XH]] besides 6 members would leave XH to IA to create a new squad, [[Uprising IA]], on 11/17/24. [[Purgatory XH]] would become [[KSI DirtyHeathen 7]]'s project squad. After all was said and done, [[KSI QUEEN K x7]] was promoted to Co-Division Leader and [[KSI Ostrich]] was promoted to Founder, earning him [[7s Status]]. 			Finally, 95 days after the creation of [[Viking Horde]], the division was able to split to create [[Xiled Horde]] on 8/9/24. [[Arcane VH]], [[Enforcer VH]], [[Ostara VH]], [[Purgatory VH]], and [[Unforgiven VH]] would go over to XH alongside [[KSI New Blue 7]] as Division Leader and [[KSI Medusa]] and [[KSI Vixen x7]] as Co-Founders. The division split at 561 members. It was decided upon inception that all 7s Division Staff in XH would wear "x7" to represent the Xiled theme.

			On September 7th, 2024, [[Xpulse XH]] was split from [[Ostara XH]] under the Leadership of [[KSI Vixen x7]] as Co-Founder and [[KSI QUEEN K]] as Squad Leader. [[KSI Cahps]] and [[Kurimimiruku]] would take Squad Leader positions in [[Xpulse XH]] and [[Ostara XH]] respecively.

			After around 2 months, Xiled Horde had gained around 80 members. Three squads were renamed. [[Xpulse XH]], [[Enforcer XH]], and [[Unforgiven XH]] renamed to [[Voodoo XH]], [[Brutal XH]], and [[Solitude XH]] respectively, to remove themselves from ties to former leaders. [[KSI Ostrich]] was promoted to Co-Founder over [[Arcane XH]] due to their long-awaited success and so that [[KSI New Blue 7]] could finally focus more on other squads, since he was their acting Co-Founder for several months.

			On October 24th, after a few months of pretty much nothing happening in [[Brutal XH]], [[Solitude XH]], and [[Ostara XH]], [[KSI New Blue 7]] (Division Leader) and [[KSI DirtyHeathen 7]] (Director) came up with a plan to push several squads forward. [[Arcane XH]], who had over 100 members and many recruits joining, had a competitive team that wanted their own squad but didn't want to take half the members in a standard split. So 18 members from Arcane, led by [[TyDrip]], went into [[Brutal XH]]. The current members of Brutal mostly went to [[Solitude XH]] and some to [[Ostara XH]]. The new Brutal team began recruiting and raised up from only 18 members to 25 within only a couple of days, Arcane continued on their path to a standard split, Ostara finally gained momentum and recruited 10 people in just a couple of days, and Solitude's reformed Officer Corp began working together to raise activity and teamwork. [[Voodoo XH]] and [[Purgatory XH]] gained a couple of transfers out of this situation but otherwise were already on a good path forward. From this, [[KSI Vixen x7]] stepped down to Member status and [[KSI QUEEN K x7]] was promoted to Founder soon after.
