Each of you has shown growth, leadership, and the drive to keep moving forward. Keep up the amazing workâthis is just the beginning of what you're capable of! If you feel there are members who are deserving of your nomination, please read below!<br />

Just a reminder that OTYs are still up!!<br />

There are a few key changes to the process as opposed to the Of the Months and those are:<br />
<br />
<br />
The 2-sentence minimum is now a 5-sentence minimum.<br />
<br />
<br />
The 3-week requirement for rank is now a 4 month requirement for the rank. This minimum requirement is not applicable to Member-Senior Officer or Department Member<br />
<br />
<br />
The rest of the requirements remain the same. Read the thread for the rules.<br />
<br />
<br />
An example nomination is in each thread; please read them to understand what we're looking for in a quality nomination!<br />
<br />
<br />
This is Of the Years; these awards are accompanied with the nominations of Hall of Fame and Outstanding Services being given by Executive Staff. They're a big deal; put some effort in and show people you see what effort they're putting in!<br />

<br />
These nominations are also separated by Division for threads, but this time Departments and Directors are also their own thread.<br />
